Teen pregnancy: MA doing well, Springfield/Holyoke not

While the teen birth rate in MA (22.0 births per 1,000 women ages 15-19 year) was about half the national average (41.9), Springfield and Holyoke teen birth rates (84.3 and 95.4, respectively) were about four times the state average (twice the national average). And these geographic and racial disparities are increasing. Spanish and English language report here.
